Booking Procedure and Payment Terms

To book our villa, please complete a booking form, which can be found here in RTF (suitable for Word) or here in plain text format (suitable for almost everything). Please ensure that you have read our terms and conditions which can be found here in RTF and here in plain text format. Just right click on any of the links and select 'Save Target As'. Make a note of where you save the document and then use MS Word or the software package of your choice to edit the document. Remember to save your changes.

The completed booking form can then be e-mailed to us. The form should include details of a credit card against which a deposit of US$200 (or the full rental amount for a late booking) can be charged.

Deposit and rental payments may be made by visa card or master card. Card transactions will be processed by the company that manages our villa. If you prefer, we can also accept payment by check - please e-mail us for details of the procedure for payment by check.

A booking will only be considered firm when the deposit has been received and we have acknowledged the booking either in writing or by e-mail.

Provisional bookings will be held for five working days only.

The balance is due eight weeks before the date of arrival at the villa.

Bookings made within eight weeks of arrival at villa are payable in full at time of booking.

Guests at our villa are required to register a credit card that will be charged in the event of loss or damage (excluding normal wear and tear) in the property. A charge will only be made to your credit card in accordance with our terms and conditions, please click here. You will be notified immediately should we find it necessary to make a charge.
