Our prices for renting the villa are detailed below. For periods greater than a week, special deals may be available. Prices quoted below include utilities (including air-conditioning), cleaning of the villa prior to your arrival, weekly cleaning and maintenance of pool during your stay, all linens and towels. There is no charge for local, long distance or international telephone calls. Free Internet access available via calls to your local provider.

During the colder months, pool heating is available at extra cost of $25 per night (recommended from October to March).

The minimum rental period is five nights. Rentals of less than seven nights incur a $105 cleaning charge.

All prices above are BEFORE Florida State tax of 13%.
